“Jackass” actor, Bam Margera has said that his addiction is not a factor in the legal battles he has been fighting. The actor is in an emotional meltdown after the actor admitted that he would smoke crack for as long as he’s dead and if he is not allowed to meet his son. The actor was taken into custody in March for allegations of domestic violence.
Bam Margera’s Threats are Drug-Infused
A American ex-professional skateboarder Bam Margera, is determined to die if he is not able to see his son. The “Jackass” actor who’s ex-wife Nicole Boyd filed for legal divorce in February, put an end to their relationship of 10 years with irreconcilable conflicts as the cause of their separation in divorce documents.
The TV personality with one son with his estranged wife, has recently shared an obscene rant on his latest social media page, where he was ripping the family members and Nikki. He claimed that his disgruntled wife and relatives are the reason the alcohol he drinks more often, and also stated that the inability to talk to his son Phoenix is causing more problems.
Then, he warned that he would smoke crack on his bums to death in the event that his wife, who is estranged from him, would not allow him to meet his son. The legal team of Bam claims that Nikki will not let them speak on FaceTime.
Apart from this, Boyd also filed legal documents asking for “sole legal and physical control” for their infant son. They also requested the payment of $15k per month for child support. Nikki said that her visitation rights are contingent upon his ability to finish his rehab program for addiction to drugs and alcohol addiction.
Bam Margera’s Legal Troubles Will Never End
In addition to the legal battle in the case of Nikki Boyd, Bam Margera was detained in March for being accused of kicking his girlfriend in a domestic violence argument. In the past Margera was arrested by the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department reported to the media that officers received a phone complaint from a woman who claimed Margera had kicked her.
