Joe Biden Gets Sandbagged, He Walks Off Unassisted
Joe Biden faced a rather embarrassing moment at the Air Force Academy Graduation, when the president of 80 years, who was on hand to address the graduates was spotted close to the podium after the president walked away after handshakes with the graduates who were proud of their achievements.
The president was swiftly assisted back on the ground through Secret Service agents and an Air Force officer. However, Biden joked later from the White House: I got dumped in a sandbag. In the aftermath of the incident, Biden did not need assistance and continued to greet the crowd throughout the event.
It was reported by Pool reporters Joe Biden tripped on a black sandbag utilized for “steady his teleprompter” which could have occurred to any. In response, the White House communications director tweeted after the embarrassing video which were shared, stating,”He’s good. A sandbag was in the stage and handshakes were exchanged.”
Donald Trump Reacts To Joe Biden’s’incident’
Republicans have been hesitant to accept Joe Biden’s ability to serve as president due to his physical and mental health issues. While they continue to doubt his ability to perform effectively as president, Biden said it is the decision of the voters “whether I’m carrying it or not.”
He continued: “I respect them taking the time to look at the situation — I’d like to take a look at it too. I had a good look at it prior to when I made the decision to run and I’m happy. I’m positive about the possibilities.”
Donald Trump, who will also be in his 80s if he is elected Trump, has recently remarked about the incident in Iowa: “I hope he’s not injured. This whole incident is insane … no matter when you’re forced to walk through the challenge. Trump was also injured when he slipped at an event at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point in 2020.
Joe Biden recently came under criticism for the cheat sheet scandal following a photo of him concealing a cheat sheet that detailed the Los Angeles Times journalist, Courtney Subramanian’s query.
