Cody Walker recently shared with People magazine that he named his baby son Paul in tribute to his late older brother Paul Walker. According to the magazine that Cody’s child Paul Barrett (“Bear”) Walker was born 7 pounds. 4 ounces. on April 30 in Arizona.
Walker said that he and wife Felicia had come up with the most appropriate names for their baby about 24 hours after the arrival of their son. They didn’t discover what gender they would be giving their child until after he was born.
Cody is a resident of Arizona and with his extended family said to the news outlet “This November will mark 10 years since we lost my brother, Paul, and I just felt now was the appropriate time.”
He added “My sister, Caleb along with me have had our children for the last time.. The brother of mine, Paul is Paul William Walker IV. His name is traced back to four generations. The family was known by the names of ‘little Paul or ‘Paul 4 while he rapidly outgrew his father’s size. It was crucial to me that his name resound.”
