The timer until FIFA World Cup 2022 is underway and to further increase the excitement of the fans, two additional acts have already been announced to light the stage during the tournament. Black Eyed Peas and J Balvin are the newest additions to the line-up of performers for World Stage. World Stage festival will start in Doha on the 20th of November 2022.
In addition to being a soccer spectacle, FIFA World Cup in Qatar will also include three music festivals throughout the entire 28-day period. Black Eyed Peas and J Balvin will perform in Qatar to perform at the FIFA World Cup
The World Stage festival will kick off with a performance from Black Eyed Peas, the legendary trio of will.i.am, apl.de.ap and Taboo on the 20th of November. The following day, Colombian singer J Balvin will perform on the stage on the 24th of November.
In announcing the event, Mac S Far, chief executive of Alchemy Project, said, “We are delighted to bring world-renowned musicians to Qatar. Alchemy Project is excited to demonstrate how powerful music can be on these exciting nights on the very first and only star-studded World Stage in Doha, which will leave an opportunity for everyone to be inspired.”
This year’s World Stage Festival will go for Six Nights
World Stage World Stage will be a spectacle with stars that will showcase several international stars performing in Doha for six nights in Qatar Live 2022. Qatar Live 2022 series. The event is planned in partnership with Qatar Tourism and Qatar Airways in collaboration in partnership with Alchemy Project.
The other performers, as well as the exact date for tickets to be sold, will be confirmed by the festival’s organizers. In addition to The World Stage, Daydream Festival Qatar will run from November 22 through December 18, at Doha Golf Club.
The festival is famous for its EDM performers and will feature an array of world-class DJs, such as Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Alok, Paul Van Dyk, Major Lazer Soundsystem, Timmy Trumpet, Nervo, Jonas Blue, Ferry Corsten as well as Nicky Romero.
The third edition of the festival, Aravia will be held from November 21 through Dec. 18 in the town of Al Wakrah. Up to the moment, 56 international performers have been confirmed as performing at the festival which includes David Guetta, Steve Aoki, Hardwell, Tyga, DaBaby and Afrojack.
Shakira is believed to perform in the Opening Night
In addition to the three music festivals and the opening ceremony, the opening ceremony is one of the main attractions at the sports event. The ceremony will be held at Jor’s Al Bayt Stadium in the city of Jor on November 20th at 7 pm local time.
FIFA hasn’t officially revealed the performers for the tournament yet. But, there are rumors that Shakira could be performing on the place on the stage during the ceremony opening. According to some reports, Shakira could be on stage. Colombian singer will be joined with Dua the Lipa as well as BTS.
Shakira has enjoyed many years of connection in the world of FIFA and has made the tournament an anthem that is among their listened-to tunes: Waka Waka for the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
