In Pakistan, the country is facing a massive flood situation. As per the reports, more than 30 million people have been affected by the floods. According to the latest data, the death toll from the flooding has reached to 1,890. Moreover, the number of injured victims has also increased.
As per the experts, the rainfall in the region of Sindh province has caused the water level to rise rapidly. Therefore, the government and other authorities are doing their best to tackle the issue.

It should be noted that this year’s monsoon season was very harsh. This means that it will take time to recover. However, according to the experts, it is possible that there might be a slight improvement in the next few months.
But the current flooding has been so severe because the rains have come from two different directions. On one side, the monsoon season is ending, and the other side is the beginning of the winter. This means that the amount of precipitation is much higher than usual.
Who Is Most Affected by the Pakistan Flood Crisis?
After the recent flooding in Pakistan, the government was quick to declare that the situation would be under control within a few days. However, the reality is that the water levels have continued to rise. Now, the question remains as to who will bear the brunt of the disaster.
In order to understand why the flood waters continue to rise, we need to take a look at the country’s geography. The Indus River runs through the northern part of the nation. Sindh and Swat, Naran, Kagan Kohistan, Kalachi is the most effected area by flood and asking help to their goverment.
Government Response
Flooding is a major problem in Pakistan. The country experiences floods each year due to heavy rainfall. However, the government response to these disasters is very poor.
In the past, the Pakistani military would send in troops to help people who were affected by flooding. This was a good thing, but now the situation is much worse.
Today, many of the roads in the area have been damaged and destroyed. People are being forced to live in shelters. And this isn’t just happening in the biggest province, Sindh. Many villages and towns across the nation are also suffering from flood damage.
The government doesn’t seem to care about the people who need their help. In fact, they’re doing almost nothing to help them. Even that 5 friends in Kohistan waited along in between the flood for 5 hours for the help but no one comes from rescue teams,

It’s important to note that there is no way that anyone can predict when a disaster will happen. However, it is possible to prepare for natural disasters. For example, you should try to find out where you’ll go in case of an emergency. You should make sure that your family knows how to contact you and where you will stay.
