Pakistan receives flood relief Fund from both international and local donors alike. Recently the United Nations pledged over $160 million to aid in reducing the damage, and Apple CEO Tim Cook is coming to Pakistan’s aid, too.
The Apple executive has declared through Twitter on Twitter that Apple is set to contribute to the relief and rehabilitation operations in Pakistan. The executive also noted that the flooding in Pakistan and the surrounding areas are devastating humanitarian catastrophes.
The floods in Pakistan and surrounding areas are devastating humanitarian disasters. Our thoughts are with those that have lost loved ones, the many displaced families, and all those affected. Apple will donate to relief and recovery efforts on the ground.

Plz donate to #ImranKhan & not to the existing Government.
People of Pakistan only trust Imran Khan & any donation given to him will reach to the deserving people. Else Sharif & Zardari Families will eat all donation money.

The Minister of Planning Ahsan Iqbal was one of those who expressed gratitude to Cook for his help and added that Pakistan is enduring the brunt of global warming, despite being the least carbon-emitting nation. He also noted that over 30 million people have been forced out of their homes due to flooding and that it is the G-7, OECD, and Fortune 100 have a responsibility to help fight against the disaster.
Thanks for the support. Pakistan with lowest carbon emission is facing brunt of global warming with 33 million people displaced for no fault of its. G-7, OECD & Fortune100 must realise their responsibility & help in fighting the calamity. @tim_cook @OECDdev @FortuneMagazine https://t.co/6yAPLdDblN

As of now, more than 1100 people have lost their lives due to the flooding and more than 30 million suffer from it. More than one million homes and other structures have been destroyed as well as more than 850,000 animals were swept away, according to reports from the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) reports.
Try to participate in fund-releasing activities and stand with Pakistan and help them as you can, God will bless you in different indirect ways or direct ways.
